My Design Process
My design process centres around five key elements: discovery, strategy, creative vision, presentation and feedback, finalisation, and handover. These steps ensure a streamlined and communicative experience, ultimately delivering the project on time and aligning with the client’s vision and needs.
Once the project is completed, it is not by any means over. I will follow up with you to make sure you’re happy and assist with any issues or needs.
Discovery

The first stage and the most important is the Discovery process. As soon as I receive your enquiry form from the website, I will establish a call with you to discuss the requirements of the project and the constraints of it. Gathering all of this information will allow me to understand the requirements of the project and to lay a foundation. After this is done, I will send over a proposal of all the key objectives and the next steps along with a contract. A 50% upfront payment before the work is commenced will be required.
Strategy

Following the initial discovery session with you, I will transform your brand and creative direction into a compelling vision through a collaborative approach that emphasises your unique identity. By understanding your goals and target audience, we will craft a cohesive strategy that aligns with your values.
Creative Vision

In this stage of the process I start by taking all of the info gathered from stage 1 and 2 and putting it into a Design concept, and exploring different options and designs that will best suit your business. From different styles, fonts, and colours, this will turn into tangible visuals for the required project website design. Logo Design or Business Card Design.
Presentation and Feedback

After the creative process and concepts are done, it’s time for the presentation. This is the part where your feedback will be key and will enable us to proceed to final design and implementation. If a revision is needed to perfect the design, then this is offered on two revisions ( business cards and logos only). If another is needed, then this can be offered as an extra cost until you’re happy with the vision.
Finalise and Handover

Once you’re happy with your project and vision, then this will be launched and all the necessary files will be handed over to you (depending on what type of service you requested) along with the final 50% invoice settlement.
I would, of course, ask for your feedback on the service received and the journey we had on this project.
POST SERVICE
The project is complete but our relationship isn’t over! The post-service is here to help with ongoing maintenance if needed and any new projects you might have. Please get in touch if this interests you.
